About Me
Hello!
I love babies. I love people. I love helping people! I am a natural minded doula with a heart to support women during pregnancy, birth and postpartum no matter where they are.
While being naturally minded, I do not discount the necessity and blessing of having medical personnel a part of the birth team. We do have the brains, research and studies that have saved many lives and they have their time and place in this journey.
I support birth in any setting. Hospital, birth center and at home.
I believe we were designed to give birth and when credit is given where it is due, mamas are empowered! Whether you have chosen a hospital birth or a home birth, you are on your unique birth journey and I am honored to walk along side you and your family in support!
I am excited to continuously learn and grow in ways to support families. I currently offer birth, placenta services and meal delivery service support! I will have a menu of some meals you can order, they will be home cooked and delivered to your door. My next big training goal is lactation consultation and I can't wait to add that to my list of ways to support you!
Now offering virtual support for birth! This can be in zoom, email, phone call or text form. Just need someone to talk to? I am here for you! Birth debriefing is so important as well. Having an unbiased party to share your genuine experience and talk through emotions and feelings surrounding your birth story can help you process it. Something new in the support I offer is Assisting in setting up resources.
Through an experience with a client, understanding the overwhelming affects of postpartum in that it can be paralyzing, I offer to help set up appointments for postpartum support such as counseling/therapy, support groups, coordinating help in the home, communicating with family/friends, etc., with you. This may be sitting with you while you make phone calls, doing 3 way phone calls to walk with you through the process, sitting with you through meeting with people, etc. I hope that offering this support will help mamas through those hard days of postpartum and bring healing and support in many ways.

Finding the right Doula for you is important! I would love to sit down with you and answer any questions you might have and see if we might be a good fit.
Sibling Care
Sibling care during the labor and birth can be hard to find. I offer care in your home. If it's a home birth, I work with the kids on understanding the process and supervising while mama and daddy are busy.
Prenatal and Labor & Delivery Support
Having support before, during and after the birth experience is vital. I offer services that include advocacy, emotional and physical support during this time.
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta processing. I offer encapsulation, chocolates, smoothie cubes, and tincture. I also offer placenta prints, umbilical cord keepsakes, and sitz baths and custom made necklace and earrings.
Meal Delivery
Now offering home cooked meals! A lot of people don't have the time or freezer space to have meals prepped ahead of time. I offer a variety of meals that can be ordered and delivered before or after baby arrives.
Lactation Support
